Meditation in Chris Park returns for the Spring season. Every third Sunday of the month in March, April, and May join seasoned meditation practitioner Pamela Martinez for a restorative one-hour meditation experience that includes a variety of mindfulness meditation techniques. Each session begins with an introduction to meditation practices, making this perfect for a first-time meditator. Make sure to dress comfortably for being outdoors and bring a mat or cushion for sitting.
